At All Party we offer discount against goods order value – if your order exceeds £150.00 you will automatically qualify for our 10% discount against your goods. This is applied automatically and adjusted accordingly by our system – you do not need to take any further action to qualify for this discount.
Pricing Details
All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate – if you require a VAT invoice with your goods simply let us know and we will ensure this is sent. The only other addition to our prices is for the postage & packaging costs. Prices are said to be correct at point of publication – but will be subject to future changes or if necessary amendment. We aim to complete all order requests received at the point of price publication – with availability of stock.
Returns Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order or receive a product and find that you have cause to return it - you should contact us within seven (7) working days after receipt, to identify this to us. Please note - you should contact us within this period either by Telephone, Email and Fax or in writing. It is not necessary for you to furnish us with a reason for your return – although in many cases this helpful information for future customers and product development and you will therefore be asked a reason for return. You will then be issued with an 'Authorised Returns Number' which should be used when returning your product.
Any item returned must be received back in an unworn / un-used state complete with ALL the original packaging and tags as appropriate - these tags should NOT have been removed from the product. We strongly recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt. Returns Postage Costs - all postage costs for sending the product to you & any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you. Once your return is received back with us (within the seven day period) this will be processed via our 'Returns Inspection Team' - returns are normally dealt with and resolved within 7 days, but at busy periods such as Halloween & Christmas we would recommend you allow up to 28 days.
Please Note:- We reserve all rights to the supply of goods - order requests can and will be cancelled should we choose not to fulfill your initial order request. Should this occur you will normally be notified at the point whereby your request to order is cancelled - this is normally via email confirmation.
